What is the minimum rental period?

Minimum rental is one month, starting on the day the contract is signed. Please contact the office for more information on pro-rata billing.

Can I view a unit before I move in?

Yes. We encourage you to visit, tour the facility, and inspect the unit you are interested in.

Do I need to buy a lock from you?

No. You may use your own high-quality lock or purchase one from us. You remain the only key holder.

What items are not allowed in storage?

Hazardous, flammable, illegal, perishable, or living items may not be stored. Ask our team if you are unsure about a specific item.

What is the minimum notice period?

There is no notice period. As long as your rental payments are up to date, you can move out at any time without giving notice.
